CEO and Founder- City Chocolate Fountains (CCF)- Once the largest chocolate fountain rental company in North America. CCF rented in 25 of the largest cities in the United States. Rented fountains, sold chocolate, sold machines. Sold business in 2 parts- 2011 and 2015.
Former-President and co-founder- World 2 Do, Inc. (W2D)- The largest visitor information provider in Silicon Valley. Randy built W2D from scratch and over 15 years became the #1 visitor information source in the area. Randy sold his portion of that business in 2013.
Co-Founded Clean Roofing in 2018- A sister company to Clean Solar.
As the Co-Founder & CEO for Clean Solar, Randy has overseen a double and triple digit annual growth rate for most of it’s 11 years one of only 500 companies to be listed in the INC. 5000 to be on the list 4 years in a row. Clean Solar is the only solar installation company in Northern California to become certified teaching at a public school for solar installation. Randy not only started the installation program, but wrote the curriculum. Clean Solar has donated $250 to charity for every solar installation since day one. Over $500,000 in charitable donations to date. Clean Solar is a “B” corporation. In 2017, Named as “top 40 CEO’s ‘that matter’ in California” by CalSeia.
A board member for; Baseball San Jose, Silicon Valley Concierge Association, Young Entrepreneur’s Organization, A rotary member for one of the largest rotary chapters in the United States, The Downtown Retail Advocates and President of the Bay Area Chapter for CalSeia- the largest trade association representing solar in California. Winner of the California Cool Climate Award. As an active member of one of the largest rotaries in San Jose, Randy participates in the Enterprise Leadership Conference as a group leader. Randy speaks at many tradeshows, conferences, and industry trade group meetings as a solar educator. He is the treasurer of the Merryhill elementary school. In 2014, he received his first Paul Harris award for Rotary. An active contributor to the San Jose Mercury News, NBC, and ABC regarding solar. Randy was recently honored with a fellowship in the American Leadership Forum (ALF).
Randy has a BA from the University of Cincinnati. He is married with 2 children, and resides in San Jose, CA.
